Our assessment work is search assessment: structured, criteria-based, and evidence-led. We do not hold ourselves out as providers of psychometric instrumentation, board effectiveness reviews, or organizational development consulting. Where an engagement requires validated instruments or specialist consulting, we say so and work with an appropriate specialist rather than extending our own claim.
